Properties of NPS-35 series

1. It is a two components printing ink and owns good adhesion to PET/NY film. It can be used directly or be added with the H-35 hardener hardness of Shin Chang Co Ltd, just decided by customer.
2. Good flowability and transformation when printing.No clogging and pollution on cell were found.
3. Some colors can be fitted to boiling and retort, see Table 1., but suggest adding 4% of the H-35 hardener hardness to get better result .
4. High concentration and low viscosity,so color stress is excellent, suitable for printing at a high speed. Its printing speed can reach over 220 m / min.
5. Low solvent retention , in accordance with the numerous regulations of food factory.
6. The color is clean, beautiful and bright, the exhibition of color is good when printed.

   Test piece making→By coating with NPS ink on PET film of 20μ.

【Light fastness】
By using sun shine fade-on-meter for 15 hrs, 35 hrs, and 60 hrs of duration test and the result is shown below with five conditions.
AA:No change after 60 hrs.
A:Change after 35~60 hrs.
B:Change after 15~35 hrs.
C:Slightly change after 15 hrs.
D:Change much within 15 hrs.

【Water resistance】
After putting the test piece between filter papers dampened and pressed with glass in room temperature for 24 hours,the shade of ink and coloring of filter papers are observed.
A:No change both on piece and filter paper.
B:No change of piece, but slightly change of filter paper.
C:Slightly change of piece and filter paper.
D:Change much of piece and filter paper.

【Acid resistance】
After dipping piece in the solution of 3% hydrochloric acid for two hours, check the piece and the solution if changed.
A:No change.
B:No change of piece, but slightly coloring of solution.
C:Slightly change of piece and coloring of solution.
D:Change much of piece and solution.

【Alkali resistance】
After dipping piece in the solution of 2% NaOH for two hours, check the piece and solution if changed.
A:No change.
B:No change of piece, but slightly coloring of solution.
C:Slightly change of piece and coloring of solution.
D:Change much of piece and solution.

【Boiling condition】
Taking the test piece which adding 4%H-35 hardener hardness and curing at 45℃ for 24hrs into boiling water at 98℃ for 30mins. Judge that expresses

【Retort condition】
Take the test piece which adding 4%H-35 hardener hardness and curing at 45℃ for 24hrs into equipment of retort at 135℃ and the pressure of 1.5kg/c㎡ for 30mins. After above procedure, check the piece if changed and test by OPP tape. Judge that expresses

Properties of PPLA series

1. PPLA series is mainly for the printing of OPP film, it has been produced for decades, at present wide to use for domestic and international customers.
2. The adhesion to cornated OPP film is extremely good.
3. Good color display, excellent effect of printing, after adjusting the viscosity to get the wide range of printing, the speed of printing can actually reach to 300m/min.
4. The printed matter can be both on Adhesive Lamination and Extrusion Lamination for PE and PP.
5. The residue flavor of printed matter is less, which is suitable for food packing.

Properties of PPG-21 series

1. One component type of printing ink, suitable for printing of OPP film and other materials, good display of printing and the color is extremely beautiful and bright.
2. It can be dissolved with PPLA series.
3. The printed matter can't be used with PP Lamination.
4. The application of ink is wide, spread all over the packing with food and industry.

Properties of PPG-34 series

1. It can be used to heat transfer foil of all kinds of PP products.
2. It's suitable for OPP tape printing and compatible with AC.
3. Some colors are suitable for UV resistance.
4. It can be dissolved with our other products, such as PPLA , PPG-21 series.
